Education and Training Tariffs Empty Education and Training Tariffs

Have asked for a finance session to be included for the next MEMs meeting.
I have been invoiced by Midyorks for a trainees course fee of £35 for a Nephro & Transplant Day for an ST3.
Apparently the Deanery have said local Trusts will pay out of their tariff - hence the invoice I have received.

I thought they all applied for studyleave? Since when has fees for training days being paid by Trusts?

Anyone shed some light? Have i missed anything about this from our MEM meetings?

Have to say tariff is a mystery to me.
